Welcome to Xyphwork! Xyphwork is a SaaS platform consisting of a Chrome extension and a web-based admin panel designed to generate Upwork proposals using AI.
Xyphwork is intended for freelancers on Upwork. It is not designed for children or individuals under 18 years of age.
Each account is for individual use only. Sharing accounts, creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial, or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
Xyphwork offers a free trial with limited credits and paid packages. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial at any time without prior notice. All purchases of credits are non-refundable.
Xyphwork grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the platform for creating Upwork proposals. Reselling or using the service to provide proposal-writing services is prohibited.

Xyphwork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. Suspended accounts will not receive refunds for unused credits.
Xyphwork provides tools to assist in generating proposals but makes no guarantees regarding the success of those proposals or any subsequent interactions with Upwork clients.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on this page. Please review this page periodically.
By using Xyphwork, you agree to receive promotional emails from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by updating your preferences in the Xyphwork dashboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia.
